Our High-Definition DTF Gang Sheet Upload lets you upload your pre-built gang sheet and receive ready-to-press transfers printed using an expanded-color DTF process designed to produce brighter, richer, and more detailed results than standard CMYK DTF.

This printing process allows colors to appear with greater depth, cleaner separation, smoother gradients, and stronger fluorescent tones—especially in greens, oranges, teals, and high-impact artwork.

A dedicated ICC color profile ensures consistent output when your files are prepared correctly.

🔁 Refunds & Reprints

All refund or reprint requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

We stand behind the quality of every transfer we produce. If there is a clear issue with print quality or adhesion, we will make it right with a reprint at no additional cost.

✅ What qualifies for a FREE reprint:

• Print defects caused during production
  
• Adhesion problems due to faulty film or curing
  
• Incorrect size or design that does not match the file submitted

To qualify, you must:

Submit your request within 30 days

Include photos or video showing the issue clearly

Return the defective product if requested

🚫 What does NOT qualify:

low resolution, wrong size, or formatting errors

Issues caused by incorrect application (wrong temperature, pressure, peel method, or garment type)

Minor color variation due to screen-to-print differences

Customer error (wrong file, misspelled text, or last-minute changes after production begins)

If the issue is due to your uploaded file, we’ll request a corrected version and management must approve any reprint.

All rush orders are final sale. No refunds or reprints unless there's a proven production error on our part.

🔥 DTF TRANSFER PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS (HOT PEEL)

For a clean, professional finish, follow these simple steps:

1. Pre-Press (Optional):

Press garment for 2–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

2. Position Your Transfer:

Line up your design. Use heat-resistant tape if needed (for hats or curved surfaces only).

3. Press (First Press):

Press at 315–320°F for 10 seconds using high pressure.

Do not use parchment or Teflon during the first press.

4. Hot Peel:

Peel the film off immediately after pressing, starting from one corner.

If any part doesn’t stick, apply more pressure and press again for 5–10 seconds.

5. Final Press (With Cover Sheet):

Now place parchment paper or a Teflon sheet over the design.

Press again for 5 seconds to lock in the transfer and remove any shine.

🧼 Washing Instructions:

Turn garment inside out.

Wash cold.

Hang dry or tumble dry on low.

❄️ Cold Peel Instructions:

If using a cold peel transfer, wait until the transfer cools completely before peeling.

Then follow the same final press step with parchment or Teflon.

Artwork & Template Requirements

To ensure the highest quality DTF prints, please follow these guidelines when submitting your artwork:

✅ Accepted File Formats

PNG files must have a transparent background

AI (Adobe Illustrator) files must have a transparent background

Vectorized artwork is preferred and can be submitted in either format above


All artwork must have a transparent background and be prepared for direct-to-film printing.

📏 Artwork Specifications

Resolution: Files must be at least 300 DPI at actual print size

Quality: Artwork must be high-resolution, non-pixelated, and clean — no blurry edges or screenshots

Color Mode: We prefer CMYK for color accuracy, but RGB files are accepted

Fonts/Text: All fonts must be converted to outlines or paths

Layers: Files must be flattened or fully embedded — no linked layers or external files

🚫 What Not to Do

Do NOT mirror your design — we take care of that

Avoid submitting files under 300 DPI, low-res images, or unflatten files

Files that don’t meet these requirements may cause production delays or result in lower print quality.
