To get the best DTF transfers, your files must meet the specs below. Submitting the correct format ensures fast turnaround and sharp results.

• PNG: Must have a transparent background
• AI (Adobe Illustrator) Must have a transparent background
• Vector artwork: Strongly preferred. Submit as PNG or AI for the sharpest, cleanest prints.

💡 All files must be prepped for DTF printing and include a transparent background.

📏 Resolution & File Quality

To guarantee professional print quality, follow these resolution standards:

• Minimum resolution: 300 DPI at actual print size
• No pixilation: Avoid blurry, stretched, or low-res images
• No screenshots: These usually print poorly and fail quality control

🎨 Color Mode & Fonts

• Color mode: CMYK is preferred for color accuracy RGB accepted.

Press garment for 2–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

2. 🎯 Position Your Transfer

Place the design where desired. Use heat-resistant tape for hats, curved surfaces, or household irons.

3. 🔥 First Press

: 315–320°F
: 10 seconds

4. ♨️ Hot Peel

Peel film immediately while hot from one corner.

If any area lifts:
