What file format should I use?
We recommend PNG files with a transparent background at 300 DPI at your final print size. PNG preserves color accuracy and transparency better than other formats. We accept all file types, but PDF files from Adobe Illustrator may experience color shifts during conversion—test with a sample if using PDF.
What heat press settings should I use for DTF transfers?
Apply your DTF transfer at 320°F / 160°C with medium to high pressure for about 10 seconds. Peel hot for best results, then press again for 5 seconds with a cover sheet to lock in durability and ensure a smooth, long-lasting finish.
What fabrics can I press DTF transfers on?
DTF transfers work on cotton, polyester, cotton-poly blends, denim, canvas, and most common garment materials. As long as the fabric can handle heat-press temperatures around 320°F / 160°C, DTF transfers apply cleanly and durably.
Are your DTF transfers hot peel or cold peel?
All of our DTF transfers are hot peel. Peel the film immediately after pressing while the transfer is still warm for best results and faster production workflow.
Do I need to pre-press the garment?
Yes. A quick 2–5 second pre-press helps remove moisture and wrinkles so the adhesive bonds evenly and creates a smooth, professional finish.
Do you have minimum order requirements?
No. We offer no minimums, so you can order one transfer for a sample or scale up to hundreds for production runs—whatever fits your business needs.

Most orders ship within 24–48 hours. Same-day shipping is available for eligible orders submitted before 11:30 a.m. EST, with a $50 rush fee applied at checkout.

Will my colors match my original design?
